Waterskate Experiment

by Jonathan Brown on July 18, 2009

in sports, waterski

Earlier today I didn’t know waterskating existed. I went out and bought a board and took it out for the first time to see what it’s like. The first trick I attempt to master is a simple 180 turn. It’s not that simple. Shot with iPhone 3GS (portrait mode, cropped), edited with iMovie ‘09.

Update: As my brother, Jeremy, has astutely noted in the comments, I am wearing Cole Haan shoes, most likely making me the first ever Waterskater to wear them.  Cole Hann, listen up, I’m listening to all sponsorship offers.

Forgot to mention you were the first person to EVER wear Cole Haans intentionally in a lake, much less wakeskating.
