I went down to the dock to cast a few and get some fresh air and caught this tiny guy on my first throw. She’s by far the smallest bass I’ve caught since I moved to the lake–about 9″ long and under a 1lb.
Update 3/26/09: I’ve determined that the scale I’ve been using to weigh was not calibrated and appears to be about a pound off. So I’m upgrading this fish’s weight to compensate for the scale fail.
